President Geoff Tamman
Geoff leads finance and operations for Shipium, a supply chain technology company based in Seattle. Prior to Shipium, Geoff’s roles were leading technology, finance and accounting teams across Amazon’s Consumer business for 12 years; Assistant Controller for CRISTA Ministries; and auditor for Deloitte & Touche, after receiving his Accounting degree from Seattle Pacific University. Geoff currently lives in Shoreline with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children.

Allen Dauterman
Allen is a Senior Development Director for a national affordable housing developer focused on regional development efforts in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. He brings over 30 years of planning and development experience with a focus on mixed-use and large-format retail projects across North America, with the recent six years focused on affordable housing projects in King County and the Pacific Northwest. As a Newcastle resident, Allen has been very active in his community, having served as a Planning Commissioner, City Council Member and Mayor of Newcastle. He also advocated for affordable housing policies at municipal, county, and state levels. Allen is a Washington State University graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Madison Jantz
Madison works on a team of people who provide whole-person care through professional excellence and sound psychological principles to those who need compassion, healing, and hope. In addition to her work at The Center, Madison is also a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach with the International Board of Christian Care. Madison attended Liberty University, where she received her Bachelor’s in Christian Leadership and Management. In her free time, Madison volunteers for her church, Mountlake Church, and for a mission organization located in a third-world country. For fun, Madison enjoys spending time with her husband, drinking tea with her friends, playing cello, and reading as many books as possible in a year.
Ninevah Lowery
Ninevah Rudolph Lowery brings extensive experience from a 15-year tenure in the computer software industry, excelling as a technology consultant, sales engineer, and marketing communications leader. After a hiatus to prioritize caring for her children as a stay-at-home mom, she seamlessly transitioned into the role of a dedicated school volunteer, assuming various parent leadership positions. Throughout this time, Ninevah took on key leadership roles at the local, regional, and national levels within member-based community organizations. Recognized for her unwavering commitment to excellence, she approaches both professional and community work with genuine passion.
Currently, Ninevah holds the position of President on the Board of Trustees at University Prep High School in Seattle, WA. Simultaneously, she serves as a consultant with UNCF Pacific Northwest, dedicated to fostering access and opportunity for underserved scholars, showcasing her commitment to educational advancement and community impact. Ninevah holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama and earned her MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy. Alongside her husband, Bryant, she takes pride in parenting two children, Bryant, II ’24 and Neva-Nataia ’26.
